1 Year Limited Exchange Warranty

This one-year limited exchange warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Solar Lights Factory's retail products. Solar Lights Factory does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow reasonable care. However, in cases of severe defects in product quality, we will do what we can to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Your exchange warranty lasts for one year. Your exchange warranty may at most be used once (1) per product.

Please first send an email to support@solarlightsfactory.com regarding your intent to activate your warranty. Pack and ship your merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice, shipping prepaid (you pay to ship the item to us; we pay to ship the item back to you). For your protection, please use a traceable shipping method to send us your product.

Product must be cleaned prior to shipment. Please include a cover letter with your name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the problem. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.

Solar Lights Factory will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace it within approximately four weeks. If the defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a product of comparable style and color at our discretion. Otherwise, we will ship you a new and identical product.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. To the full extent permitted under applicable local law, this Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in conenction with this Limited Warranty ("Disputes") shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflicts of law principles and excluding the Convention for the International Sales of Goods. The courts located in the State of Texas, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes.

Solar Lights Factory's and your maximum liability to the other, including without limitation liability under any express or implied warranty or condition, is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product. Neither you nor Solar Lights Factory are liable to the other if you or it are unable to perform due to events you or it are unable to control, such as acts of God, or for property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or other consequential, punitive, or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages which are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you in whole or in part.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping for our retail customers to the 48 contiguous states. We may either ship through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. The cost of shipping for retail orders under $99 is a subsidized flate rate of $12. Shipping for retail orders over $99 before taxes or other fees is free. Orders delivered through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail will arrive within 2 weeks, from date of shipping.

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We do ship internationally for wholesale lighting customers. Shipping costs for promotional lighting products and wholesale/bulk customers may vary, depending on customer choice, volume, and service options.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package online.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Your product must be in its new and original condition, with original packaging. Products may not have already been installed or used. Used products are NOT eligible for returns.

To start the process, please contact us at support@solarlightsfactory.com. Pack and ship your merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice. For your protection, please use a traceable shipping method to send us your return. Please include a cover letter stating name, address, date, product, and reason for return. Once we receive your product, our team will verify its contents and inspect the product to ensure that it is in its original and new condition. Then, we will send the credit back to your financial institutions within 2-3 business days. If Solar Lights Factory does in fact received USED products, we will unfortunately be obligated to ship your product back to your address. Solar Lights Factory does NOT charge a restocking fee for returned products.
